A confidential space for you to look at aspects of your life you would like to change, an opportunity to gain a better understanding of yourself and others. Somewhere to feel safe and heard so you are comfortable to work towards the changes you would like.
Counselling online - Video or chat
Video using Zoom - 50 minutes £45
So many good things to say about this so keeping it brief! Has been shown to be just as effective if not more effective than counselling in person. Possibly as a result of it being in real time so it can help you feel more connected. It is also easily accessible (you choose where and when), convenient and affordable.
Works especially well for people who prefer not to go out especially if it leaves them anxious and vulnerable.
Telephone counselling

You arrange the time and I will call you! You decide wherever you want to be, in the comfort of your own surroundings, the privacy of the car, anywhere that works for you!
Telephone counselling can help you relax and open up more easily. Especially good for those clients that find counselling in person a little overwhelming, leaving them feeling embarrassed, anxious or nervous.
